In this short introductory workshop you’ll learn about the various types of meditation, the benefits of the practice, a little about related science and philosophy, and you ill get a chance to try two simple meditation techniques that you can use to begin your own practice. Hosted by Brian Noe. Brian is a TMO Certified Meditation teacher. His discovery of meditation has helped him get sober, reclaim his health, and learn to be a kinder and more joyful human.
